Danny Trejo stars in DEATH RACE 2 now on DVD and Blu-ray.  The leading man from Robert Rodriguez's Machete talks to CineMovie about his love of classic cars, lowriders, and the one vehicle from Death Race (2008) he would love to have.

Danny Trejo plays a mechanic in DEATH RACE 2 and in real life, he knows a thing or two about cars.  The star of the Death Race prequel admits he's a cruiser and loves fixing up cars.  He is the proud owner of a 1936 Touring Sedan, 1952 Chevy Pick-Up and a '76 Cadillac Seville which have all been lowered for cruising and not racing.  His love of lowriders started in his youth when rode on street cars in Downtown Los Angeles a long time ago when he was four, he said jokingly.

When asked what production car from DEATH RACE 2 he would like to keep, he chose the Dodge truck mounted with machine guns.  "I would've loved to drive the Dodge...the big truck down Sunset Blvd (in Los Angeles)," said the tattooed actor.  He would also bust people with his weapon on wheels.  "Alright, pull it over."  The Machete premiere in Downtown Los Angeles with lowriders cruising the boulevard in front of the Orpheum Theater as a personal hightlight for the likeable actor.
