At Disney's D23 Expo Saturday, Captain Jack Sparrow made a rare appearance with no site of Johnny Depp. Watch as Johnny Depp stays in character the whole time during the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES panel, throwing grapes at the fans.
Besides Depp's appearance, President of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, Sean Bailey confirmed the cast of the new PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN including the return of Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, and he also confirmed Javier Bardem as the villain Captain Salazar. The plot involves the search for Poseidon's trident, but Captain Salazar is on the heels of Captain Jack Sparrow to stop him from finding it first.
PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES is currently in production, and won't arrive in theaters until July 7, 2017.
