It's really official now. Disney owns Homer, Bart, Lisa, and Marge Simpson. Disney has announced "The Simpsons" will make their first Disney appearance at their D23 celebration in August before the 31st season premiere Sunday, September 29. Read about it in the official Disney release below.

'90210' Cast Reuniting For Limited Series Except For These Two Actors

FOX is bringing back the Beverly Hills "90210" gang again for a limited series but they aren't exactly playing their original characters. The show's stars Chelsea Rendon ("The Fosters") and Carlos Miranda can relate to the controversial subject that displaces residences. The stars also tell CineMovie how “Vida” is a half–hour drama series focusing on two Mexican–American sisters from the Eastside of Los Angeles who couldn’t be more different or distanced from each other. Circumstances force them to return to their old neighborhood, where they are confronted by the past and surprising truth about their mother’s identity. This illuminative series explores identity, culture, gender and sexuality through the lens of a Latinx family and their community. "Vida" will return for another season next year. LucasFilm Names Jon Favreau As Executive Producer And Writer for Live-Action Star Wars Series

Another live-action STAR WARS series is headed to Disney’s new direct-to-consumer platform, and Lucasfllm announced Thursday Jon Favreau will executive produce and write for the new series. Favreau is fully entrenched with the Disney family having helmed the enormously successful THE JUNGLE BOOK and launched the Marvel Cinematic Universe with IRON MAN.
