Dwayne Johnson takes over for Brendan Fraser in a sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth. This time around, Josh Hutcherson goes back into time with the man known formerly as "The Rock" to fight off giant animals including a giant lizard in this clip from JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND.
Josh Hutcherson (The Hunger Games) reprises his role as Sean Anderson in JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND. The sequel takes a cast of new characters (Vanessa Hudgens, Luis Guzman, Michael Caine) to a new strange land where he receives a coded distress signal from a mysterious island where no island should exist in a place of strange life forms, mountains of gold, deadly volcanoes, and more than one astonishing secret. in this scene from the action-adventure, the group encounters a monster-sized lizard that even Dwayne Johnson can't fight off. In JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, Sean (Hutcherson) follows the distress signal that might be that of his missing grandfather, Alexander Anderson (Michael Caine). Unable to stop him from going, Sean's new stepfather (Dwayne Johnson) joins the quest. Together with a helicopter pilot (Luis Guzman) and his beautiful, strong-willed daughter (Vanessa Hudgens), they set out to find the island, rescue its lone inhabitant and escape before seismic shockwaves force the island under the sea and bury its treasures forever.
