Netflix Tadum Live Event: Wednesday season 2 Jenna Ortega

Netflix Tudum 2025, a massive celebration of global fandom and storytelling, lit up the Kia Forum in Los Angeles with major talent appearances, exclusive previews, and live performances from Lady Gaga and Hanumankind. Hosted by Sofia Carson, the event showcased Netflix’s upcoming biggest releases with stars and fans uniting for an unforgettable night. Watch the eight new trailers, including the first six minutes from Wednesday season 2, from the Netflix event.

The Comic Con-like event paraded out actors and filmmakers such as Jenna Ortega, Guillermo del Toro, Oscar Isaac, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Mia Goth, THE WAKE UP DEAD MAN: A KNIVES OUT MYSTERY cast — Daniel Craig, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Cailee Spaeny and Daryl McCormack — and writer/director/producer Rian Johnson, Adam Sandler and the cast of Squid Game season 3.

Major Announcements & Trailers:
• Stranger Things 5: Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp and Caleb McLaughlin took the stage to announce the fifth and final season will release on Netflix across three premiere dates with four episodes on November 26, 3 episodes on Christmas and the finale episode on New Year’s Eve. Each volume releases at 5 PM PT.

• The Addams family (Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Joanna Lumley, Fred Armisen and Isaac Ordonez) revealed the first 6 minutes of the highly anticipated second season of Wednesday, releasing on August 6 & September 3. Lady Gaga is joining the cast in a mysterious role. 

• Squid Game: Season 3: Cast debuted the official trailer during a dramatic live performance. Premieres June 27, 2025.

• Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery: Daniel Craig and all-star cast revealed a sneak peek. Global premiere set for December 12, 2025.

• One Piece Season 2: Cast introduced fan-favorite character Chopper, voiced by Mikaela Hoover. Premieres in 2026.

• The Rip: Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and more shared a teaser for the audience (not made public) for this gritty crime thriller. Releases January 16, 2026. The cast also includes Steven Yeun, Kyle Chandler, Sashe Calle, Néstor Carbonell, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Adkins, and Teyana Taylor.

• Frankenstein (by Guillermo del Toro): Teaser revealed alongside cast Oscar Isaac, Mia Goth, and Jacob Elordi.

• Happy Gilmore 2: Surprise cast panel and trailer launch. Releases July 25, 2025.
