 Ghostbusters Afterlife Annie Potts

A longer trailer to GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE arrived with new footage that will make you nostalgic for the old movies. Two of the original characters make a cameo in the latest preview. Familiar ghosts also make an appearance with the devil dog chasing after Paul Rudd's character and a ghost similar to Slimer is on the run from the new ghostbusters, Finn Wolfhard and McKenna Grace.

The latest trailer is the best one yet with ties to the original movies. Ghostbuster artifacts such as the Ghost Trap appear in the new trailer along with footage and voices from the original movies. Annie Potts' Janine shows up and Dan Aykroyd's Ray is overheard at the end of the preview in what appears to be an occult book store picking up a rotary phone and answering, "We're closed." Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, and Ernie Hudson are joining the reunion as well but we can assume they are keeping them under wraps for future trailers

The original director Ivan Reitman served as one of the executive producers, but his son Jason Reitman takes over the reins from his father for this true sequel.

In AFTERLIFE, a single mom and her two children move to a small town to a farmhouse left by their grandfather who we can assume are related to Harold Ramis' character Egon. Sadly Ramis passed away but surely his legacy will be celebrated in this version.

GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE exclusively hits theaters November 11.
