Summer 2013 is full of anticipated movies and THE LONE RANGER is one of them. Who can't wait to see if Johnny Depp brings a Captain Jack-flair to the Native American character from the beloved television series.
Directed by Pirates of the Caribbean and Rango director, Gore Verbinski and by blockbuster producer Jerry Bruckheimer, THE LONE RANGERS is an adaptation of the black & white television series from the 50s but this pale face Lone Ranger is far from clean shaven in a white suite. The grungy-looking ranger is out for revenge with help from Tonto. THE LONE RANGER also stars Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson and frequent Depp collaborator Helena Bonham Carter.
THE LONE RANGER rides into movie theaters July 3, 2013.
