Now that we know we’re getting another FROZEN movie albeit a short film FROZEN FEVER, here are the details about where we pick up with Elsa, Anna and Olaf.

FROZEN FEVER will open in front of Disney’s live-acton film CINDERELLA on March 13, 2015, and in FROZEN FEVER, Elsa and Olaf are throwing a party for Anna’s birthday, but Elsa’s powers may put a freeze on the festivities. As of now, no one has confirmed a feature length sequel, but the short should satisfy fans thirst for more fun with the princesses and the snowman.

You can also expect an all-new original song from Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, the husband and wife composing team who took home an Oscar® for Best Original Song with “Let It Go.” The “Frozen” soundtrack is the top-selling album of 2014 to date and spent 33 weeks in the top 5 on the Billboard 200 chart, including 13 weeks at No. 1. It is certified triple Platinum, selling more than 3.6 million units. The “Let It Go” film clip from “Frozen” has been viewed over 370 million times on YouTube. You can’t go anywhere without still hearing “Let It Go” recited by little girls everywhere.

It’s fitting to place the short ahead of another family friendly film with CINDERELLA on March 13. Watch the trailer for CINDERELLA starring Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Richard Madden and Lily James.
