In the supernatural horror film ROSARIO, star Emeraude Toubia and director Felipe Vargas dive into the world of the occult. The duo shares behind-the-scenes stories from the set — including the moment Toubia had real worms placed on her for a chilling scene.

ROSARIO is in movie theaters on Friday, May 2.

The film follows Rosario Fuentes, a successful Wall Street stockbroker, who returns to her grandmother’s New York apartment after her sudden death. While going through her grandmother’s things, she uncovers a chilling secret—a hidden chamber filled with dark occult artifacts. As supernatural events start to take over, Rosario finds herself facing her family’s buried secrets and the terrifying cost of abandoning her roots. To survive the night, she’ll have to confront both her family's past and the dangerous choices she’s made.

Starring Emeraude Toubia, José Zúñiga (Twilight), Diana Lein, and David Dastmalchian (The Suicide Squad), and directed by Felipe Vargas (Milk Teeth), ROSARIO comes from Mucho Mas Media, the multimedia company that produces, finances, and distributes content for diverse audiences with a focus on Latino communities and Latin America.
