Marvel's What If?, Reservation Dogs, Free Guy, Don't Breathe Reviews

On this week's Hollywood Critics Association's 'What to Stream," Jana Nagase and Lupe Haas of CineMovie discuss Marvel's first-ever animated series What If...?, Taika Waititi's new series Reservation Dogs, and the latest theatrical releases with FREE GUY, DON'T BREATHE 2 and the Aretha Franklin biopic RESPECT with Jennifer Hudson.

What to Stream? is a weekly show hosted by Jana Nagase and Lupe Rodriguez Haas, sharing weekly recommendations about what shows, documentaries, or movies you should be checking out on various streaming platforms. This week we also give our take on theatrical film releases and whether it's worth venturing out to a movie theater or wait for the Digital release.

'Free Guy' Movie Review: Slap A Warning Label On This Feel-Good Time

TV shows and films highlighted in this week's episode include:
What If?... (#DisneyPlus)
Reservation Dogs (FX on Hulu)

In Theaters Or Wait for Digital Release
FREE GUY (Ryan Reynolds, Jamie Comer, Joe Kerry, Taika Waititi)

Verdict: Jana and I enthusiastically agree it's a must-see with a movie crowd (if you're comfortable) in a theater.

Don't Breathe 2 (Stephen Lang)

Verdict: Both agree it's a better viewing experience in a communal setting although the sequel is not as good as the first film.

Respect (Jennifer Hudson, Forest Whitaker)

Verdict: Being the only one to see it, Jana praises Jennifer Hudson's performance and she will likely generate Oscar buzz but the Aretha Franklin biopic covers familiar ground. She recommends waiting to see it when it hits Digital.
