News: 'The Walking Dead' Season 10 Extended with 6 Additional Episodes Airing After October Finale

"The Walking Dead" season 10 finale we've all been waiting for impatiently finally has an air date. Friday during "The Walking Dead" Comic Con @Home panel, moderator Chris Hardwick ("Talking Dead") announced the finale will air October 4, but that's not all. Showrunner Angela Kang also announced there will be an additional six episodes beyond that. There was more exciting news coming out of the star-studded panel. Watch panel below.

New 'The Walking Dead' Show: 'The World Beyond' Stars Julia Ormond

AMC finally revealed a teaser trailer for the third series in "The Walking Dead" franchise, entitled "The Walking Dead: World Beyond” and its star is Julia Ormond in a leader type of role. The new series will finally answer the lingering questions set up in "The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead" regarding an organization equipped with helicopters and a militia.
