James Franco took a shining to people when he dressed up as Jack Nicholson's The Shining and scared audiences at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights. Franco along with actor Chris Bauer (“The Deuce”) put on the Jack Torrance mask and wielded an axe in THE SHINING mask. Watch as he takes a swing at the unsuspecting guests.

The IMAX theater at the California Science Center in Los Angeles launched their Laser projection system, a cutting-edge technology that takes film to a whole new level of crystal-light, sights and sounds. Two new films premiered along with the new IMAX with Laser system, and CineMovie had the chance to marvel at the new technology first hand with a screening of AMAZON ADVENTURE 3D and HURRICANE 3D.
