Just when you think it couldn't get worse for June (Elisabeth Moss) and the handmaids, season 2 of The Handmaid's Tale brings about an even more shocking and compelling tale. Along with June's horrid story, season 2 also focuses on Alexis Bledel's character backstory when the show takes viewers to the hideous camps mentioned in the prior season.

LucasFilm Names Jon Favreau As Executive Producer And Writer for Live-Action Star Wars Series

Another live-action STAR WARS series is headed to Disney’s new direct-to-consumer platform, and Lucasfllm announced Thursday Jon Favreau will executive produce and write for the new series. Favreau is fully entrenched with the Disney family having helmed the enormously successful THE JUNGLE BOOK and launched the Marvel Cinematic Universe with IRON MAN. Netflix's 'Lost in Space' Reboot Preview Avoids Robot Character

'The Alienist' Review: A Gruesome Tale Of Murder

There are no aliens in TNT's "The Alienist" but there is plenty of gore and graphic scenes which seem alien to the usual TNT fare. The TNT limited series is based on Caleb Carr's novel of the same name, and luckily for viewers, we won't have to wait too long to discover who the gruesome killer is with only 10 episodes, but we may end up wanting more.

Move over Morgan Freeman. Other actors are coming for your job as narrator in educational programming with Will Smith, Chris Evans and others joining the channel's lineup this Spring. The National Geographic channel announced their lineup for new and returning series at the Television Critics Association Winter Panel, and this year their programming boasts other top talent behind the scenes.  Antonio Banderas, Katie Couric and filmmaker Darren Aronofsky attended the panel to talk about their new projects.
