Apple TV+'s Severance led in wins at the second night of the 2nd Annual HC TV awards Streaming Edition with five wins including a win for Ben Stiller for directing in a streaming service. Hulu's Dopesick followed with four statues, one going to Michael Keaton for Best Actor and Hacks scored three wins. Brett Goldstein won for Ted Lasso, Martin Short for Only Murders in the Building, Pam & Tommy and Netflix's Squid Game also received top honors. See the complete list of winners.

The Predator prequel PREY was Hulu's biggest premiere in its streaming history this past weekend. The 20th Century Studios action thriller was the most watched premiere to date including all film and television series. Internationally, PREY also debut as the highest-watched movie in the first three days on Star+ and Disney+.

The Hollywood Critics Association announced the hosts for the upcoming 2022 HCA TV Awards on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14. The Daily Show with Trevor Noah correspondent Dulcé Sloan will host the first night which is dedicated Broadcast & Cable while stand-up comic, actor and writer Tig Notaro will host night two dedicated to the streaming categories. The press release also announced Mandy Moore will be honored this year with the Virtuoso Award on Saturday.
