Here's my take on I CARE A LOT with Rosamund Pike, Disney's FLORA & ULYSSES and Frances McDormand as usual delivers an award-worthy performance in NOMADLAND.

The film stars Jodie Foster, Benedict Cumberbatch, Shailene Woodley and Golden Globe best actor nominee Tahar Rahim as Salahi. The Scottish director says it's not a political film that judges but a story of forgiviness.

Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo in BARB AND STAR GO TO VISTA DEL MAR

There's a reason why Kristen Wiig's latest film went straight to rental. BARB & STAR GO TO VISTA DEL MAR is like a live version of a DESPICABLE ME movie or feature length SNL skit. It borders on stupidity but Wiig and her costar/writing partner Annie Mumolo are endearing enough to keep your attention as long as your expectations remain low. It doesn't deliver on the belly laughs we've come to expect from Wiig's comedy but you will get some chuckles. Unfortunately Jamie Dornan feels out of place in this silly comedy.

The first official trailer has arrived with tons of new footage, grant it via CGI. The trailer introduces Darkseid and DeSaad who were absent from Joss Whedon's JUSTICE LEAGUE. You also see Henry Cavill's Superman in his dark suit and Jared Leto's joker appears.

Although Colter tells CineMovie he's not ruling it out.  He's also talking about his experience working on set during the pandemic.

Since most movie theaters are closed, studios didn't spend the big bucks for a Super Bowl spot.  Only nine Super Bowl ads dropped during the game. What we did get was tons of adds for Paramount+, the latest streaming service from a major studio.  Watch all the new trailers.
