The Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers weren't the only ones squaring off during Super Bowl XLV Sunday. The movie studios went all out to promote new films hitting theaters in 2011 including potential blockbusters Captain America, Thor, Cowboys & Aliens and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Each Super Bowl commercial went for an estimated $3 million dollars for each 30 second spot during the Super Bowl game.
While most films previewed have trailers, the first footage from Captain America: The First Avenger starring Chris Evans premiered during the Super Bowl.
