Based on the best-selling young adult novel by Gayle Forman, IF I STAY centers on Mia Hall (Moretz) who is stuck between life and death after a car crash. On the verge of death, she alone can determine whether it's worth living or be with her family in heaven. The new preview should get some tears not just from teens but anyone with a heart.
