A live-action movie from a dog’s perspective makes for an interesting premise in the new trailer A DOG’S PURPOSE from director Lasse Hallström (The Cider House Rules, Dear John, The 100-Foot Journey), and since the family film deals with reincarnation, Shirley MacLaine will be the first one in line. Based on the trailer, this one will certainly be a tear-jerker.
