THE HOST New Character Movie Posters

The lovebirds in THE HOST each get their own character posters in Stephenie Meyer's big screen adaptation.  THE HOST stars Saoirse Ronan and Max Irons stand in similar pose with mournful glances in the new posters.

We can expect more character movie posters most likely with THE HOST's other stars Diane Kruger and William Hurt, but these first images from the young adult novel adaptation feature Melanie Stryder (Ronana) and Jared Howe (Irons), the young leads of the sci-fi romance directed by Andrew Niccol (Gattaca, Lord of War, In Time). The first poster released for THE HOST featured the two along with another one of the young stars Jake Abel as Ian.

In THE HOST, our two leads find them living in a post apocalytic world after aliens invade human bodies. Melanie and Jared find each other just to be torn apart when Melanie is captured and injected with the parasitic alien soul named Wanda. Intent on taking over the world with the hosts in humans, Wanda and Melanie bond together to defy orders and set out to rescue humans from their doom.

THE HOST takes over movie screens starting March 29, 2013.
