Be one of the first ones to get your copy of the biggest blockbusters of the summer. Amazon is now taking pre-orders with some discounts on the box office mega-blockbuster The Avengers and Prometheus for their DVD and Blu-ray releases. Oddly enough, Prometheus hasn't even hit movie theaters yet.

For The Avengers, Amazon is offering a $5 discount on the $34.99 Four-Disc Combo through the Disney Coupon Book until June 7, 2012. For Prometheus, similarly, Amazon offered the first 5,000 customers a certificate valid for a $10 admission to the Ridley Scott film at any participating movie theaters to redeem by August 31, 2012. The admission tickets went fast over the June 1st weekend as Amazon is no longer offering the perk on their site.
