Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions bought the rights to THE EXORCIST IP for a trilogy. The movie follows the story of Victor Fielding (portrayed by Leslie Odom Jr.), who has raised his daughter, Angela, on his own. When Angela and her friend Katherine disappear in the woods, only to return three days later with no memory of what happened, a chain of events is set in motion that forces Victor to confront the essence of evil.
