Last year, actor Jaimie Alexander reprised her role as Sif in a cameo appearance during season 2 of the Disney+ series Loki. Ironically, the THOR and THOR: THE DARK WORLD actor confessed to CineMovie in 2013 about her desire to play Lady Loki. We flashback to that interview below.
Jaimie Alexander made her debut as Sif in 2011's THOR. She returned in the sequel, THOR: THE DARK WORLD. CineMovie sat down with Alexander to chat about THOR: DARK WORLD in 2013 before Marvel's theatrical release of the Chris Hemsworth movie. At that time, the actor expressed interest in playing Lady Loki, another Marvel comic character. Unfortunately, the female variant role went to English actress Sophia DiMartino for the Loki series.
Alas, the Sif character was killed off in 2022's THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER, but she lives on as a variant in the Loki series season 2 on Disney+.
