INTERVIEW: Justin Timberlake Risks Ruining Social Life For Yogi Bear

Justin Timberlake Interview

Justin Timberlake's new film role is more cuddly and cute than sexy back as the voice of Yogi Bear's sidekick Boo Boo in the big screen adaptation of everyone's favorite picnic stealing bear. In an interview with the singer turned actor in Beverly Hills, CA promoting YOGI BEAR, JT describes his behind the scenes preparation for the voice of the little bear and he's revealing details that might ruin his social life and label him "uncool."

Listen to Justin Timberlake's interview below.

Justin Timberlake's acting career has reached new heights after his much-talked about performance in David Fincher's The Social Network. Now he has the task of bringing one of the beloved Hannah-Barbara characters from Saturday morning cartoons to life in the new Yogi Bear adventure, filmed in 3D, that combines live action with computer animation. Justin along with Dan Aykroyd, the voice of Yogi Bear, studied the original cartoons to get the voices right on.

The multi-talented actor revealed he sat at home practicing the voice and while at the Warner Bros. studio, he also had someone play back Boo Boo's original voice to make sure he captured the right tone. Hesitant to reveal more details, JT proclaimed revealing more would surely "kill any coolness"  and "risk ruining" his social life.  After more information from the YOGI BEAR star, he's reputation is intact.  Nothing he mentioned during the day will change the mind of millions of screaming Justin Timberlake fans.

Yogi Bear is in movie theaters December 17.
