Will we see the last of Mantis and Nebula in James Gunn's final chapter of the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY trilogy? GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3 stars Karen Gillan and Pom Klementieff tell CineMovie they'd be up to reprising their MCU roles if they receive the call but it would be nice to have Gunn's input.

James Gunn is off to jumpstart DC Studios, formerly the DCEU for Warner Bros. Suffice to say, Gunn won't be back under the Marvel fold in the near future so will the Guardians live on? VOL 3 gives us some answers but it would be nice to see the two actors reprise their roles as Mantis and Nebula. Given that they were unaware of the next two AVENGERS movies, Marvel Studios has not briefed them on their future in the MCU. However, those movies are a long way off so there's still hope the two actresses will return in some capacity.
In our virtual interview, the two discussed their character arcs and what they liked most about being a Guardian of the Galaxy.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL 3 is in movie theaters on Friday, May 5.
