Interview: Buck Teeth Keeps Actors Busting Up On Set Of BUCKY LARSON

Nick Swardson and Stephen Dorff interview

As the Bucky Larson character, comedian Nick Swardson wore huge buck teeth that made it difficult to speak and keep a straight face during his scenes on the Adam Sandler produced BUCKY LARSON: BORN TO BE A STAR.  Stephen Dorff also had a hard time getting through his lines opposite the ridiculous Bucky costume.

CineMovie's Pili Montilla sat down with Nick Swardson and Stephen Dorff for an interview to talk about their new comedy.  The BUCKY LARSON stars tell us the most difficult part of the movie was keeping it together on the set.  In BUCKY LARSON: BORN TO BE A STAR, Nick plays Bucky, a naive hometown boy who travels to Los Angeles to become a porn star like his parents. Once he's there, he meets Stephen Dorff's adult film star character who  takes him under his wings in the outrageous comedy.

Nick Swardson (Just Go With It) takes on his first starring role in the film conceived by Adam Sandler. Nick was recently seen on screen in 30 Minutes or Less as Danny McBride's criminal sidekick and starring Jesse Eisenberg and Aziz Ansari.   Nick told our Pili that he usually breaks out in laughter on set, but as Bucky, he couldn't help laughing at himself especially with his ridiculous get-up during a love scene with Christina Ricci.

Known for mostly starring in dramas, Stephen Dorff loved the chance to take on a comedy and say funny lines written by his boss on the film, Adam Sandler. Nick also cracked up the Blade star with his many expressions throughout the shoot.  Stephen Dorff can also be seen in the action-adventure film Immortals.

BUCKY LARSON: BORN TO BE A STAR is now playing in movie theaters.
