In a parody of the Paranormal Activity and exorcisms movies, a black couple (Wayans, Essence Atkins) moves into a new home, but the remaining resident isn't taking kindly to the intrusion. The demonic inhabitant soon takes possession of the wife. Her husband Malcolm (Wayans) hires a priest (Cedric), a psychic, and a team of ghost-busters for an exorcism.
In the HAUNTED HOUSE clip, Cedric as the priest makes reference to the most famous exorcist film of all time when he utters ,"the power of Christ compels you" in a funny bit that throws in a few stabs at the Kardashians and recent VP candidate Paul Ryan.
The same team behind Scary Movie 2, White Chicks, Littleman, and Dance Flick take their turn at spoofing the horror genre.
A HAUNTED HOUSE opens January 11, 2013.
