CHERNOBYL DIARIES Clip: Vacation Goes To Hell

What can happen when you decide to vacation in Chernobyl, the site of the nuclear disaster in 1986?  Plenty.  And in this clip from CHERNOBYL DIARIES, the scene is set for disaster as the American tourist take a tour of the city.

Brought to you by Oren Peli, the creator behind Paranormal Acitivity, CHERNOBYL DIARIES follows six vacationers who hire an "extreme tour guide" to take them into the deserted city of Pripyat where workers from the nuclear plant resided before the disaster.  Eventually the group soon finds themselves stranded, only to discover that they are not alone...

The film’s cast includes Devin Kelley, Jonathan Sadowski, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Olivia Taylor Dudley, Jesse McCartney, Nathan Philips and Dimitri Diatchenko.

Brad Parker makes his feature film directorial debut with “Chernobyl Diaries.” The screenplay was written by Oren Peli and Carey Van Dyke & Shane Van Dyke, based on a story by Peli. Peli also produces, with Brian Witten. Richard Sharkey, Rob Cowan, Andrew A. Kosove, Broderick Johnson, Allison Silver, Milan Popelka and Alison Cohen serve as executive producers.

CHERNOBYL DIARIES opens in movie theatres May 25, 2012.
