Spider-Man isn't the only one saving lives in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. In this clip from the Spidey reboot, Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy risks her life at Dr. Connors science lab and refuses to leave when Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man warns her the lizard monster is headed her way.
Luckily Gwen Stacy in this new chapter of the Spider-Man movie series isn't kidnapped or rescued like Mary Jane in the Sam Raimi movies. Instead she's taking initiative and helping Spider-Man defeat the lizard played by Rhys Ifans. In this clip from THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, Spider-Man sends Gwen Stacy to Dr. Connor's lab to prepare an antidote to combat the lizard's master plan. Spider-Man soon realizes his lady love is in danger and warns her by cell phone to get out of the building before the lizard arrives. Gwen refuses since the serum needs cooking for 8 more minutes, but she sets off the fire alarm to evacuate the building. Gwen then hides in a closet as the lizard comes for what he needs to complete his transformation. Watch what happens.
