Box Office Report: Top 10 Domestic Weekend Movies June  20–22

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON held strong at #1 for a second consecutive weekend with $37 million domestically. In comparison, 28 YEARS LATER debuted impressively at #2 with $30 million, marking Danny Boyle’s largest opening yet  Pixar's ELIO, deemed the studio’s weakest opening to date, landed at #3 with $21 million. THE MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE sequel stayed within the top 5, showcasing strong endurance. Mid-budget and genre titles like MATERIALISTS, BALLERINA, and KARATE KID: LEGENDS rounded out the top 10.
