Trailer: New AMAZING SPIDERMAN Trailer and App Released

With the release of Marvel's The Avengers this week, new trailers are vying for your attention at the movies with various new previews to superhero movies such as THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. The latest Spider-Man trailer is one of the 3D previews before The Avengers movie. As an added bonus, a free mobile app was unveiled online earlier this week as well.  Take a look at the new action-packed trailer.

Marvel's other comic book hero is another highly-anticipated superhero movie in 2012.   THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN trailer is currently playing ahead of The Avengers in 3D but Sony Pictures released the preview online Thursday accompanied by an Augmented Reality app.  Using your smartphone to download the app, you have a choice of 5 marker images.  Once you choose one and print it - Spider-Man comes to life in that reality you've picked. In addition, fans are able to unlock exclusive badges and snap photos to share with their friends on Facebook and Twitter. 

The new trailer definitly packs in the action while laying out the story for the reboot of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Most of the scenes are not new but the non-stop action definitely sells it even more.  The Dark Knight Rises trailer also premiered ahead of The Avengers.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN flies into movie theatres July 3rd.
