The mulit-talented Ben Affleck wrote, directed and starred in his latest movie THE TOWN with co-star Jon Hamm (Mad Men). The star of Armaggedon, Pearl Harbor, Daredevil, and State of Play also has another hidden talent -- he's multilingual. The Boston native speaks Spanish and French, according to his IMDB profile, so we put him to the test in this Spanish interview.
In the interview, Ben, who learned Spanish as a teenager living in Mexico, describes his co-star Jon Hamm as "el mas guapo hombre en todo el mundo" (the most handsome man in the world) and Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker) as "loco" (crazy).
Affleck also praised both actors on their work in THE TOWN and said the film was much better because of their talents.
In the video interview, he struggles with some translations (don't we all) but THE TOWN star and director easily deserves an A for taking on a difficult task that some Latino actors avoid during their interviews.
