We loved Al Pacino so much in his new film DANNY COLLINS we’re forgiving him for his part in Adam Sandler’s Jack and Jill.  Pacino is the rock star of acting, and in DANNY COLLINS he proves it once again with the help of an awesome ensemble. DANNY COLLINS is one of those rare movies where everything works well together from the superb acting, a heart-felt story and the soundtrack of John Lennon classics which plays hand-in-hand with the story.

Now that the The Hobbit trilogy has come full circle, we can rank the Peter Jackson movies in order of best movies in the franchise. THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF FIVE ARMIES brings the story to a close in an action-packed movie with enough battles that should leave fans satisfied, but overall was it the best film in the series?

The reviews for Christopher Nolan's INTERSTELLAR are in, and they are a mixed bag with mostly positive reactions from moviegoers. On RottenTomatoes, 92% of regular folk are liking the outer space saga while 72% of critics are liking it less than the masses. The hype around the movie starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine and Jessica Chastain should be enough to propel it to the number one spot at the box office.

There’s a wide range of movie choices and genres for the weekend of October 11th.  Robert Rodriguez’s MACHETE KILLS takes the action genre into the ridiculous, but fun zone while GHOST TEAM ONE does the same for the horror genre. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Tom Hanks’s Oscar worthy performance in CAPTAIN PHILLIPS keeps you at the edge of your seat.

There's no doubt Hit-Girl and Chloe Grace Moretz came out the star when Kick Ass first hit theaters in 2010, so it's no surprise the tough little teen takes center stage in the follow-up. At one point though, you think you're watching a mash up of Carrie meets Mean Girls as Hit Girl tries to fit in with the high school in crowd.
