After watching the pilot episode of USA Network’s “Queen of the South,” we’re hooked. Too bad we can’t binge-watch USA Network’s anticipated English language version of the international best selling novel "La Reina Del Sur" because it’s definitely worth binging. Instead audiences will have to wait every week to see how Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga) matures into the queen pin of the drug cartel.

Constance Marie (“The George Lopez Show”), Lou Diamond Phillips, Danny Trejo, Jaime Camil (“Jane the Virgin”), Ivonne Coll, Tituss Burgess, Ana Ortiz and Hector Elizondo are just some of the guest stars of Disney Channel’s new animated series, “Elena of Avalor.” Newcomer Aimee Carrero will voice the title character with Jenna Ortega ("Stuck in the Middle") playing her younger sister. The Latino talent extends to the soundtrack with Gaby Moreno, Latin Grammy Award winner for Best New Artist, performing the theme song and other music in the new Disney Channel show premiering Friday, July 22. Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad, Triple 9) and Michelle Monaghan (True Detective) play a married couple in crisis within a cult movement on Hulu’s new show, “The Path.” When Eddie (Paul) begins doubting the teachings of the Meyerist movement after returning from a retreat in Peru, Sarah (Monaghan) turns against him for straying from the teachings. The story sounds familiar like one that played out in the media when Tom Cruise filed for divorce from Nicole Kidman allegedly because she didn’t adhere to the rules of Scientology. So it may not be their story, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that inspired this riveting new show.
