School Children Kidnap Alvin The Chipmunk

Alvin and his fellow Chipmunks were honored with their own Hand and Footprint Ceremony at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater Tuesday in Hollywood as a group of local school children watched on, but Alvin has now disappeared and the children are the prime suspect.
It was a normal day in HOllywood as another celebrity was being immortalized on HOllywood's famous sidewalk. Alvin, Theodore, and Simon became the latest stars to become part of Hollywood history. Sixth grade children from Hollenbeck Middle School were invited to participate on their big day along with the Chipmunks caretaker Dave Seville aka as actor Jason Lee (Almost Famous). It was moments after the induction when Alvin went missing.
“ALVIIIIN!!”
The shocking turn of events left hundreds of attendees at the gala event – including actor Jason Lee, several filmmakers, Twentieth Century Fox studio executives, and all of the Hollenbeck Middle School students – asking each other, “Where is Alvin?” Jason asked the students to join him in Dave’s signature yelp of exasperation – “ALVIIIIN!!” – to convince the Chipmunks frontman to return to the stage, but to no avail.
A nationwide search has begun to find everyone's favorite chipmunk including launching a website, www.whereisalvin.com where “Alvin Sightings” can be reported. If you spot the munchkin, post your videos and photos on the official website. He was last seen in his signature red shirt with the A emblem, shades and cap.
No reward has been offered for information leading up to his recovery, but we're keeping our fingers crossed.
Our reliable sources point the finger at those sneaky sixth graders. Word is the Chipmunk was kidnapped for their upcoming "Show and Tell" at their school. Stay tuned.
