We haven't seen an edgy Martin Scorsese film since The Departed 2006, but all that's about the change with his new movie, THE WOLF OF WALL STREET starring his muse Leonardo DiCaprio. Take a look at the wacky preview of crooked Wall Street honchos.
Martin Scorsese has been pretty tame in his latest movies such as Hugo and Shutter Island, but with THE WOLF OF WALL STREET, Scorsese returns to quirky characters and wild scenarios. Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin, Matthew McConaughey, Rob Reiner, Kyle Chandler, Jon Favreu, Margot Robbie and Spike Jonze star in the film about a wealthy New York stockbroker, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, who refuses to cooperate with the FBI in a securities fraud case on Wall Street. And in Martin Scorsese fashion, the mob is involved.
Matthew McConaughey is a hoot in the trailer while DiCaprio's character is eccentric with equally funny supporting cast around him including Jonah Hill.
THE WOLF OF WALL STREET opens in November.
