The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Opens in Spectacular Fashion at Universal Studios Hollywood

Actors from the Harry Potter movie were in attendance such as Tom Felton (“Draco Malfoy), James and Oliver Phelps, the Weasley brothers all grown up, Evanna Lynch (“Luna Lovegood”) and Warwick Davis (“Prof. Flitwick”). They recounted to CineMovie their most memorable moments from filming the Harry Potter series. Those interviews will be coming up shortly.

Celebrity guests such as Vanessa Hudgens, "Modern Family’s" Ed O’Neil, Jaime Camil ("Jane the Virgin"), Mexican icons Angela Maria and Angelica Vale, Billy Bob Thornton, "The Walking Dead" director Greg Nicotero and Alanna Masterson, Nerdist and "Talking Dead" host Chris Hardwick walked the red carpet before enjoying the festivities as well.

Inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you can roam around the four stores with tons of Harry Potter merchandise. The main ride in Hogwarts is a 3D motion attraction so those prone to motion sickness may want to close their eyes. Despite that, the ride has you swinging and often gives you the sensation of flying.
