INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2's Patrick Wilson, Rose Bryne, Lin Shaye and Leigh Whannell talk to CineMovie about what they brought to the sequel directed by The Conjuring's James Wan while producer Jason Blum explains how they avoid boring an audience the second time around.
The cast behind the 2010 low-budget hit revisit the spirit world in INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2 and it seems there is something wrong with dad, played by Patrick Wilson. Patrick Wilson re-teams with director James Wan for a third-time after having worked on this summer's mega hit, The Conjuring. The 2010 low-budget hit became the year's most profitable film after taking in $97 million worldwide. Word-of-mouth helped the film, produced by Paranormal Acitivity creator Oren Peli and Jason Blum. Producer Jason Blum also returns and his job as he tells CineMovie's Justine Browning is to make sure the film doesn't repeat itself and annoy viewers.INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2 appropriately opens in September on Friday the 13th.
