In Trespass, his next high-profile film with Nicole Kidman and Nicolas Cage, Cam returns to the dark side as a robber tormenting Nicole and Nicolas. "I could not stay away long enough," joked the Trespass star. As long as he gets to do it differently every time, he'll continue taking on the baddies.

Cher and Christina Aguilera in BurlesqueCam has gone on to star in numerous films as the good guy in films such as Easy A (Emma Stone), Pandorum (Dennis Quaid), The Unborn, and recently in Burlesque.  While he's had plenty of chances playing both sides, he tells us that he hadn't had the opportunity to fall in love on screen  until Burlesque starring Cher and Christina Aguilera.  As Jack, his romance with the leading lady (Aguilera) develops over the course of the film.  "I hadn't had chance to do that," he said.  It was a learning experience for the hunky actor.

In Burlesque, Christina Aguilera's character rooms with Cam's Jack. The two eventually develop feelings for each other. In real life, Cam believes that a male and female cannot co-habitat without one of the parties falling for the other. "It always gets a little squirrely," joked the Tacoma, Washington native.

After the success of the Twilight sequels, does Cam miss being part of the phenomena?  Cam was sure that his death in the first one served him well. "I think I'm okay with just the one.  I would've gotten tired of myself," he proclaimed.  He also added that the four films so far "seems like a lot" if he had to play the same character "over and over."

Cam admits he hasn't been in touch with the Twilight cast except for Robert Pattinson who he talked to a few times last year but has since lost touch. "It's hard to keep the connection," according to Cam who says the downside to shooting a film for three months is that once you make a "strong connection" it's time to move on to the next film set with a new group of people.  That's the nature of the business.

Luckily for Cam Gigandet, business has been good. In 2011, the actor has three movies set for release including Priest where ironically he gets to kill zombie-looking vampires with Paul Bettany, Trespass and the thriller The Roommate with Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl) and Minka Kelly.

Cam can currently be seen in Burlesque now playing in movie theaters.
