Fan Video Reviews: WRATH OF THE TITANS

Wrath-of-the-Titans-Sam-Worthington-imageDid Wrath of the Titans fare better with fans than Clash of the Titans?  The 2010 blockbuster caused a backlash because of the horrible 3D conversion that it set a precedent on how not to make a film.  Watch what the fans are saying about the new 3D spectacle.

Wrath of the Titans opened in the number two spot the first weekend with $33.5 million, half of the amount Clash did two years ago when it impressed with a 61.2 million debut. Overseas numbers, however, pushed the sequel over the $100 million mark with $78 million from 60 foreign markets.  Reviews from critics and fans were drastically mixed, but that didn't stop fans from going out to see the movie.

Wrath of the Titans stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Danny Huston, and Rosamund Pike.

A remake, a good-old fashioned action film, a raunchy comedy and a wild life documentary enter the box office race for the weekend of April 8th.

Eric Bana returns to movie theaters after a long break (The Time Traveler's Wife, 2009) with the action thriller Hanna, starring Saoirse Ronan as a 16-year-old assassin.  On the opposite side of the spectrum is the heart-warming IMAX 3D film Born To Be Wild, a documentary about two women who run orphanages for baby elephants and orangutans.

The Eagle Gnomeo & Juliet  Just Go With It Justin Bieber: Never Say Never

Will teen pop sensation,Justin Bieber's new 3D film, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, take the number one spot over films starring Jennifer Aniston, Adam Sandler, Channing Tatum, Emily Blunt and James McAvoy for the weekend of February 11th?

If tons of screaming teenagers have their say -- yes.  Just Go For It (Sandler, Aniston), The Eagle (Channing Tatum), and the 3D animated gnomes in Gnomeo and Juliet (James McAvoy, Emily Blunt) will compete in this weekend's race to top the box office.  Previous teen idols Miley Cyrus and Jonas Brothers' trek into 3D movies opened to the number one spots both times so given  Bieber Fever taking over the world, this might be the case.
