Disney Plus Unveils Exciting Ways for Fans to Revisit Andor Ahead of Season 2 Premiere

As the highly anticipated second season of Andor approaches, Disney+ is giving fans new ways to relive the journey leading up to its thrilling conclusion. Starting Monday, the complete first season is available to stream on Hulu until April 22, while the first three episodes can also be watched for free on the Disney+ YouTube channel. Additionally, a brand-new 14-minute Season 1 recap is now streaming on YouTube, offering a quick refresher before the action continues.
On Thursday, March 13, at 12:00 P.M. PT, fans can join Andor creator Tony Gilroy for Andor Season 1 with Tony Gilroy, a special live re-watch event on YouTube featuring select cast and crew. This exclusive one-hour broadcast will dive into key moments from Season 1, provide behind-the-scenes insights, and include a discussion with special guests. Viewers will also have the chance to ask questions live. Following the event, highlights will be available across the Disney+, Hulu, and Star Wars YouTube and social media channels.
Lucasfilm’s Emmy®-nominated thriller Andor returns April 22 for its epic final season. With war on the horizon, Cassian Andor finds himself at the heart of the Rebel Alliance, facing escalating dangers, betrayals, and sacrifices that will shape his destiny. This gripping political thriller serves as a prequel to ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY, chronicling Cassian’s transformation from an outsider to a rebel hero in the fight against the Empire.
The 12-episode final season will be released in four narrative arcs, each spanning three episodes. The first arc debuts April 22, with new chapters premiering weekly, exclusively on Disney+.
Andor Season 2 stars Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Alan Tudyk, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau, Ben Mendelsohn, and Forest Whitaker. The series is created by Tony Gilroy, who serves as executive producer alongside Kathleen Kennedy, Sanne Wohlenberg, Diego Luna, Luke Hull, and John Gilroy. Writing credits include Tony Gilroy (Episodes 1-3), Beau Willimon (Episodes 4-6), Dan Gilroy (Episodes 7-9), and Tom Bissell (Episodes 10-12). The season is directed by Ariel Kleiman (Episodes 1-6), Janus Metz (Episodes 7-9), and Alonso Ruizpalacios (Episodes 10-12).
