Before they were enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron were friends in the first-ever fully CG-animated Transformers movie, TRANSFORMERS ONE. The new trailer previews the conflict that led to their break-up.
Chris Hemsworth plays a young Orion Pax who later becomes Optimus Prime, and Brian Tyree Henry is D16 aka Megatron with Scarlett Johansson, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi with Laurence Fishburne and Jon Hamm also voicing characters.

Synopsis
TRANSFORMERS ONE is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever.
