Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet return in 3D for Titanic
James Cameron's newly remastered TITANIC in 3D has an official trailer, but you won't be needing your 3D glasses just yet.
TITANIC starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet returns to movie theaters in 3D next year on April 6, 2012, marking the 100th anniversary of the Titanic setting sail (April 6). James Cameron converted the film into 3D and judging from the official new trailer, the re-mastered film alone looks amazingly beautiful without the 3D glasses.

James Cameron, ironically, has been opposed to converting films from 2D into 3D, but for the re-release Cameron did just that for his 1997 blockbuster. The Avatar director has mastered the art of 3D so we're sure he knows what he's doing when it comes to delivering a quality project that's sure to have a new generation of tweens swooning over the timeless love story and a younger DiCaprio.
