Jennifer Lopez's narrative-driven cinematic odyssey, THIS IS ME...NOW was self-financed after the studios turned Lopez down. The multi-talented singer/actress says she doesn't take "no" for an answer and pushed ahead with her one-of-a-kind project. Lopez and director Dave Meyers reveal some interesting details about making the musical and how Ben Affleck helped realize her dream.
Described as a musical experience, THIS IS ME…NOW: THE FILM will debut on Prime Video simultaneously with the album release on February 16, 2024. Lopez's first single "Can't Get Enough" from the new album will be released on January 10, 2024.
The release of This Is Me…Now, Lopez’s first studio album in nearly a decade, celebrates the anniversary of its sister album, This is Me…Then, completing a 20 year journey. The album, written and executive produced by Lopez and Rogét Chayed, along with Angel Lopez, Jeff "Gitty" Gitelman, HitBoy, Tay Keith and INK among others, effortlessly blends R&B, contemporary pop sounds and hip-hop beats, combined with her emotional signature vocals is Lopez’s most honest and personal yet.
