Reporter John Gallo disappeared from the haunted Linda Vista Hospital last week after a tour of the facilities for THE DEVIL INSIDE DVD event. Originally opened in 1904 by the Santa Fe Railroad, the infamous linda vista hospital became known for its high number of patient deaths. By the 1980s, the hospital closed down and has been haunted by the spirits of forgotten patients. 
The Linda Vista Hospital near Boyle Heights seemed like a fitting location to visit in connection with the upcoming DVD release of the surprise hit film, THE DEVIL INSIDE. Press members were invited to partake in a tour of the dilapidated hospital to learn about exorcism and hear tales of chilling manifestations at the haunted location.
Members of the “Boyle Heights Paranormal Project” guided press into the empty hallways as they recounted stories of horror that have occurred at the Linda Vista Hallway. White Witch of Los Angeles, Maja D’Aoust, lectured attendees on the practice of exorcism as seen in THE DEVIL INSIDE movie.
If anything can be learned from the missing (John Gallo) is that you shouldn't mess with the devil.
