Charlize Theron won an Academy Award® for Best Actress for her turn as the serial killer in Monster, now she's playing a monster of sorts as a selfish woman out to get her true love no matter who she hurts. As a writer of teen literature, Mavis Gray returns to her small town to relive her glory days and go after Patrick Wilson. When her plans don't go as she imagined, she reluctantly bonds with a former classmate, played by Patton Oswalt, who isn't quite over his high school days, either.

Juno director Jason Reitman and screenwriter Diablo Cody team up again for YOUNG ADULT.  Twiight Saga's Elizabeth Reaser also stars in YOUNG ADULT as Patrick Wilson's wife.
