Move over, KITT. Samuel L. Jackson has a new high-tech ride. The new trailer for The Beast, directed by Renny Harlin, turns the presidential limousine into a Knight Rider-style weapon on wheels, with Jackson’s U.S. president taking the wheel when a violent coup erupts. Co-starring Joel Kinnaman, the action thriller unleashes the limo’s highly classified offensive capabilities as the president fights back to save his Secret Service agent, his family and the country.
The Beast is in theaters on October 9.
Synopsis: When a militia of unidentified hostiles coordinates a coup against the U.S., the president is forced to drive the presidential limousine and unlock the full extent of The Beast’s highly classified offensive capabilities to save his injured Secret Service agent, reunite with his wife, and save the world.
