Microsoft and the Hollywood studio partnered on the Project Prometheus Training Center to provide an interactive and transmedia experience that offers various games such as obstacle courses, puzzles, quizzes, and more complicated levels with a pre-cortex test using a 3D Rubik's cube, a G-Force test, and a test for "agility." The game determines your skills for a job in outer space and a job with Weyland Industries.
The site launched was also accompanied by a new viral video from Noomi Rapace as her PROMETHEUS character Elizabeth Shaw requesting Peter Weyland help her get to the new discovery she's made. The viral clip titled "Quiet Eye" is part of the classified files leaked from Weyland Industries. See it below.

Built entirely in HTML5, the experience works best on Internet Explorer, but users can still use Firefox, Chrome, etc. Of course, Microsoft made sure the optimal experience is on IE. On the Project Prometheus site, Weyland Industries recommends the Microsoft browser for best speed and performance. In addition, it says gamers will have "significant advantage over other applicants" by using the recommended application.
Microsoft partnered with The Hunger Games for a similar site earlier this year.
20th Century Fox is ramping up their digital efforts with tons of new clips and footage being released online. Commercial spots for the film starring Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, and Charlize Theron have been blanketed across prime time television shows specifically throughout the NBA Playoffs.
