5 Evil Movie Corporation Franchises

Cyberdyne Systems (Terminator movies)

Cyberdyne Systems is the corporation behind Skynet, the artificial intelligence system that launches a nuclear war and creates the cyborgs/terminators that come after John Connor in the four movies.

In the original Terminator, Skynet sends a cyborg known as the Terminator to kill John Connor's mother Sarah to prevent John from ever existing.  In the follow-up,  Terminator 2: Judgement Day, the T-1000 is sent back in time to finish the job. This time we see the origins of Skynet with the Cyberdyne Systems scientist behind the technology.  In the third Terminator sequel, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines Cyberdyne's technology is taken over by the military and we see Skynet come to life in this movie.  Although the follow-up to that, Terminator Salvation starring Christian Bale as the post apocalyptic John Connor, missed the mark at the box office, another Terminator movie is in the works with Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising the role that made him famous.
