Sneak Peek into 'Empire' Season 2

Cinemovie attended a special FOX event for a sneak peek at the pilot for Rosewood and FOX presented a 20-minute promo (watch below) for the new season of EMPIRE. Get ready for more sinful drama, sex, and catchy music in this second season dropping September 23rd!
This time around the music will be elevated with Ne-yo joining Timbaland’s songwriting/producing team. The fashion and wardrobe will also hit new heights since an improved design team is taking the reigns. Director Lee Daniels tells us he was very happy with where they went with the fashion for season one, but is excited that they’re pushing the envelope even more for season 2 and star Terrence Howard couldn’t agree more. “We know that a billionaire—It’s all about presentation. You know the emperors new clothes. So the emperors new clothes gotta be dope,” smiled Howard. FOX has also managed to land some heavy hitting talent to round out the cast this season. Look out for Chris Rock, Alicia Keys, Lenny Kravitz, and Jennifer Hudson when EMPIRE returns next Wednesday!
