Anchor Bay Films is relying on moviegoers to bring BAIT 3D into their local movie theaters. The film starring Twilight's Xavier Samuel and Fantastic Four's Julian McMahon can be requested through web-service Tugg with personalized screenings for your friends and community.

In BAIT 3D, not only does a tsunami hit a sleepy beach community and floods the town, but it brings with it a great white shark. Survivors take refuge in a submerged grocery store where everything is in stock including one big deadly fish.

Starting now, fans can sign up to bring BAIT 3D to their local movie theater by logging onto Tugg.com (http://www.tugg.com/Bait3D) and requesting the 3D thriller in their community starting September 9, 2012.

Tugg is a new web-platform that allows movie fans to choose films that play in their local theaters with a request for screening time, specific theater, and the ability to share with your friends through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Individuals can personalize their own events using Tugg with control over the price of admission, a Q&A session, or special guests. Of course you have to get enough people interested to confirm the event.

Tugg currently works with movie theater chains Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, AMC Theatres, Bow Tie Cinemas, Cinemark Theatres, Goodrich Quality Cinemas, Rave Cinemas and Regal Cinemas, as well as additional regional and independently-owned theaters across the country. These exhibitors will provide theatrical venues for individually curated events showcasing Tugg’s growing library of hundreds of studio and independent films.
